DID YOU KNOW that according to a study from JAMA Network Open, mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) was just as efficacious for panic and anxiety disorders as Lexapro? Moreover, reported adverse effects were six times higher in subjects taking Lexapro.
Of course, MBSR is not a panacea, but to report that it is noninferior to Lexapro in a JAMA published study is pretty amazing!
